Chinese Party Game

It might look like some sort of bizarre, dangerous military drill but it's actually just a soldier's birthday party and this is how they play pass-the-parcel in the Chinese army. They take it dead serious.

I have no idea what is going on here and I'm a little bit afraid. That's how I know that this video is from Japan. There is no way that something this inexplicable could have come from anywhere else.
