There are few feelings as awesome as knowing that everyone in the room wants a piece. These guys have all gone from big to buff and they've got the photographs to prove it. Inspiring stuff and some amazing changes.

You don't really like those chicks in films & magazines who have been airbrushed & retouched SO much that they probably don't exist! What you REALLY want is a girl-next-door type who really does live next door!

We've never heard of a tight dress suffocating a young woman and we do hope the women in this gallery are all alright and able to breathe properly and live life to the full after these various shots were taken. MY GOD THESE DRESSES ARE TIGHT!
